The content captured may be used on the content creator's social media, website, and portfolio for promotional purposes.

The client acknowledges that the deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made within 2 months of the scheduled date, though cancellations made earlier may, at our discretion, be applied toward rescheduling. If, due to extenuating circumstances, we must cancel a booking, the client will receive a full refund of any payments made.

We will make every effort to reschedule content delivery if unforeseen delays occur due to extreme circumstances, and the client agrees to reasonable flexibility in such situations. Neither party will be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, such as illness, natural disasters, or other extreme events.

If the wedding is canceled or significantly delayed due to weather after we have already arrived on-site, fees already incurred for our time, travel, and preparation are non-refundable, though we will do our best to capture alternative content or reschedule where possible.

The client agrees to pay the full remaining balance by the wedding date, and understands that content will not be delivered until full payment has been received. Content is captured on iPhone and is intended for social media use. Golden Gallery Socials is not a professional photography business and operates as Content by Linnet LLC.

By submitting this form, the client acknowledges that the content creator retains creative freedom in capturing and producing content. Personal taste is subjective, and dissatisfaction with style, artistic choices, or final creative output does not constitute grounds for a refund or legal claim. We commit to communicating clearly, considering reasonable client input, and delivering content to the best of our professional ability.
